The altered house must be able to restore to original by tenant. Otherwise, Landlord consent is needed.

Can anyone recommend a proactive lawyer too? Thanks a lot.

    Qs1: What does mean by " repair on termination of the lease"?
    Qs2: Does the last word "etc" mean a lot of things which are other than "small alterations to the premises such as hanging, paintings, hooks, decoration items"

          It considers a 5-star's house. Friend asked me to rent out her house but I am not sure if it is right person. I received this CEO's company letter said his salary 300K+/year but no credit in Canada because he just came from Spain. So, can anyone assess my risk?
