Apparently, there are two possible classes of rashes-autoimmune type and allergic type. Other types are also possible, but would be less possible. Many times, it is hard to evaluate the skin rashes, especially on internet. I suggest you to bring her to a local doctor to have an exam. seeing Dermatologist would be better.
It is hard to say which type it belongs to. U can press the rashes to see if they become blanched. Non-blanching type is caused by vasculitis which belongs to autoimmune disease. if rashes are blanchable, then they abelong to allergic type.
If rashes are vasculitis type, your need to see a doctor AS SOON AS POSSIBLE for further diagnosis. Because of delay of diagnosis and treatment can cause serious consequence.
If the rashes belong to allergic type, then the cause needs to be sorted out so that her rashes can go away.
Pay more attention to the following
1. food- any new food, especially sea food.
2. any new soap, detergent, clothes,etc
3. any medicine?
4. any pets?
5. stunt by any insect?
6. any thing new in the enviroment?
7. any possibility of contacting poison ivy?
The following may be helpful, if she has allergic type of skin rashes.
1. do not use any soap or detergent;
2. wear cotton clothes;
3. stop any possible offending agents including medicine and possible offending food;
4. Atarax would be better for easing itching; oral steroid may be needed for someone who has large allergic skin reaction.
More importantly, she needs to be evaluated by a dermatologist for a clear diagnosis更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
