In most cases, sunrise or sunset shoot will need GND to balance light. But you can also use blending technique.

Have you retouched them with photoshop or are those raw photos? It is fantastic. Can you please share how you did it? Thanks

I shoot with raw so it is always need to be converted to JPEG with in Photoshop. And a little bit color enhancement is necessary for all JPEG images have been enhanced in camera already.
