A Toronto police officer has been arrested and charged with drunk driving following a weekend collision in the city’s west end.
Police say they responded to a single-car collision at 2:49 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Dundas Street West and Bloor Street West.
The driver, Constable Ravneet Dhillon, 25, a police officer with two years of service, was charged with impaired driving. Const. Dhillon, an officer attached to 14 Division, was off duty at the time.
He will appear in court at Old City Hall on February 7 at 11 a.m.
