警察认为给孩子（10岁）系的安全带不properly，有些松， tickcet 上没表明扣点，我想问的是： tickcet 上没扣点，法庭上就不会扣点吧？因我想给自己辩无罪，因为我给系好了，孩子为了够掉在地上的水瓶子弄松了belt, 我没有过错，可又担心，万一法庭判我有罪，本来没扣点，变成扣点了，因为我的不认罪。肯请各位大侠，指点一二，谢谢。
