the onsite service guy is not really professional, different service person will tell you different story, the worse service is called BLAIR. I had bad experience with them.
They are nice to fix small defects(Actually we don't really care about small defeacts), if you have outstanding issue, they will tell you probably it is your problem or something else and take long time.
