A very good inspector in Mississauga

I just have my house inspected by Ray Zammit (905 569 2664) this morning. My boss (who had his house inspected a couple of months ago) gave me his name. He is a civil engeneer and the owner of a HouseMaster office. He said his company is the only one in the industry to provide written guarantee, meaning they will reimburse some of your cost if they fail to discover the problem at inspectoin. He also gave me some tips such as asking for invoices for new items as they may have manufacture's garantee. he made me feel that I was his client and he worked solely for me and I almost feel guilty if I don't recommend him to you guys.
