Add ensuite and upgrade to corner soaker and separate shower - $3400
Custom frameless glass shower in ensuite c/w marble sills - $3200
Corner soaker tub to have whirlpool jets - $ 1599

分成三项的原因是原来的图纸上只有升级到 corner soaker 的ensuite bathroom, 在我们的要求下又在他的ensuite上作了第二项和第三项的升级.就是加glass shower and whirlpool jet. 但是今天去home depott 看了一下. whirlpool 6 jet 只有$1600左右, neo angle glass shower 只要~700. Builder 的价格简直ridiculous. 想请教行家们是否能够房子盖好了以后在找人干,自己买shower and tub , 找人装呢? 大概能省多少钱?

不同形状价格不一样. 我的新房选的是neo angle型的,BUILDER当时要价2500.另外如果要雕花玻璃还要贵很多.
个人感觉因为牵涉到结构改动,最好让BUILDER做.
