For liability, it's 1M. For fire, they'll rebuild the house. There's water flood damage coverage as well. $500 deductable. That almost all I can remember(left the packge at office).

That being said, if anything happens and the damage is not too much(like a few thousands dollars), it's better you do it yourself without claim it, not even inquire the insurance company about the coverage, because they treat each inquire as a claim! (ask a broker, like Monnex, is OK). The reason is that after 2 or more claims/inquires, the premium will go maybe 10+ times higher, or you can't find someone to insure you at all!
Global News reported a few weeks ago about a lady who is really unlucky. She inquired 3 times, each time was told that the damage is uncovered. 3 times later, her yearly premium sky-rocketed to $7000! And worse, a few weeks later, she was rejected. After Global get involved, the company agreed to take her back, at a lower price, $5000 a year. No other company even want to take her.

    • The default coverage from each of the companys are almost the same. I didn't even bother to check the details when I switched from Monnex to The Personal, which is $50 cheaper with almost the same coverage.
