You're likely suffering from food intolerance or Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Try to do the following:

1. Maintain regular meal.
2. Drink 2-3 bowls of cold water in the morning and always have a good breakfast. That'll help you cleanse your system better.
3. Avoid the following food for the time being:
a. food that causes gas, such as beans, cabbage, calliflower, potato, sweet potato, leek, onion, ...
b. dairy product, such as milk, hot cocoa, chocolate, yoghurt, cheese, pizza, ...
c. products that contain gluten: bread, steamed bread
4. you can eat 5 small meals per day to help digestion
Rice is always safe. Try to chew throughly.

      • 非常感谢!不过我不能吃的东西太多了,没办法,好像我女儿也有点这方面的问题
