You started the payment subscription for Rolia Mall's ad services on Dec 6, 2021. That was highly appreciated. Thank you. As clearly mentioned, it's an auto-renewable subscription through PayPal.
Also as clearly mentioned in the Rolia webpage, you can freely stop the auto-renewal of ad services ANYTIME, easily through the Rolia webpage of advertiser console. You DID NOT stop the auto-renewal. Therefore, one year later on Dec 6, 2022, a renewal payment was deducted from your credit card.
On January 17, 2023 you filed a case to PayPal, falsely claiming that the item you paid was "defective or not as described".

After Rolia spent a great amount of effort to explain the case to PayPal, you contacted your credit card issuer to force a chargeback against PayPal and Rolia.
However, you still DID NOT cancel the payment subscription through PayPal. As a result, PayPal automatcally made another charge on December 6, 2023.
Rolia does not understand the reason why you did not unsubscribe it from inside your own PayPal account. Instead you kept filing cases.
Anyhow, as the merchant, Rolia cancelled your subscription through PayPal. You shall not see any further payment regarding this case.
