短而精炼，与美国的独立宣言不同，加拿大人可能更熟悉美国的the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness。加拿大自由宪章里没提过“追求幸福的权力”。

而开篇第一句：Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of law，这里面的GOD更是很多人没有意识到的。
