膏药对落枕是有用的，另外你可以去Drug Mart看看有没有药水。我自己是用一种日本产的“涂布剂”，名字不知道，因为除了“肩、痛、筋肉”几个中国字其它一点不认识。那个是在香港买的，这里也应该有类似的东东才对。

If you cannot find in Drug Mart, just drop me an email. Mine is almost used out, I have to buy some as well. I could buy you some in the meantime.

Talking about delivery, Canada Post is supposed to be a good choice if you're in rush.Otherwise,if the weather is not too bad, I may deliver it in person in the following weekend or the weekend after next weekend.
Please prepare 煎饼果子. That's why Patpat say "birds die for food". :P

            I'll find it in Drug Mart tomorrow, and see whether there's physical therapy in our hospital. If my hubby's condition won't get improved or I can't find such stuff, I'll let you know. But I'll reserve 煎饼果子for you.
