It's Vietnamese mustard. Tastes like 春菜 in my hometown. It has a subtle bitterness and sweetness. I love it though.

Do you know what kind of veggie is the so-called morning glory in Vietnam? I liked it so much. 空心菜 is called morning glory here on the menu, but I feel they are different things. The morning glory in Vietnam is more tender.
