ii) a traffic accident or an emergency police-directed road closure (either must be substantiated by a police report);
iii) weather conditions; or
iv) unexpected or unforeseen earthquake or volcanic eruption.

        打了几次电话都无人接听，很着急。因为没买旅行保险， 没法退票。看来我只有2条可能的退路，一是上面网友说的拿credit本人一年内使用。我也在联系我的信用卡公司，是否可以走信用卡退钱的路。我的是Scotiabank infinite visa。不知万能的网友是否有清楚条款的。毕竟3人的票4700元。其中一人因病不能成行（有医生证明）。上面的网友提到，取消处理，没买保险能行吗？我现在既联系不上旅行社，也联系不上信用卡公司，要么是长长时间的等待，要么是留言。恳请有知道相关条款的帮忙出招。万万分感谢。

          还是天宝天马等华人旅行社，性质都是一样的，都是旅游的零售代理。最终的产品是有上游的供应商提供。去古巴的package通常是sunwing公司，或者aircanada vacation, westjet vacation等这几家。关于退改签的规定是这些航空公司订的。跟在哪家代理订的无关，航空公司不退钱找他们也没办法。 你自己到官网就可以查到退改的policy，通常出发前21天取消，没买取消保险的就是不能退废掉的。就因为风险大，所以有一种保险叫取消保险，取消保险必须是订了产品的48小时之内买才有效，也不可能开始不买保险，等发现出事了再赶紧买保险啊。找信用卡公司也没有用啊，这是正常的销售付款，又不是非法盗用了你的卡。一切都有航空公司的规定啊。一人生病去不了，那就另外两个人去呗。损失还小点。
