It is more convenience in harding/yonge, there are some supermarkets nearby, such as

hebis/weston food, and not far from the big one in yonge/16th ave, there are not only the bay, zellars, canadian tire, future shop, but also Kream and Krispy!!! and it is said the subway will be extended north along yonge. The Go transit provides more services in Yonge C (along yonge) than in Yonge B (along bayview)
If you have no child or parents live with you, it really doesn't matter, no big difference, sounds the property along bayview is more expensive. Actually I prefer the area near Bayview/John str more than 16th, the 16th's one is too plain. oh, just remeber, there is a cmmunity centre in that spadina, north of 16th.

My agnet forwarded me an email, said that the new goverment is planning a rapid transit system along Yong st and hwy 7.Don't know if it is bus or subway/RT.

My concern is the community, I don' t know what kind of people are living there.

And it seems houses west of Yong are older than that in Bayview & 16th, have no idea if houses with 20-25 years are too old.
