加息会影响美国经济，会使经济进入衰退期，所以美国利率开始温和。不知道最近市场是否开始好转，看朋友的moment好像说开始走的快了，价格也没那么惨了。所以想了解一下。

加上去就会降下来，5年利率降了就说明从现在起算未来5年的平均利率走低了即使最高点还没来临，若是没企稳银行不会降的，抓紧看房吧。
