I went for a hearing on June 2, 2022, and at the end of that hearing, the Master announced that it will take place again on Jun 22.
Afterwards, I was trying to order the audio CD from that hearing to help me understand the proceeding.
Here is what I filled in the order:
"ON THE APPLICATIONS of the plaintiff L--- T--- coming on for hearing before the Honourable Master M--- at ---, on 02 June 2022 and on hearing L--- T---, self-represented and Mark C. Cano---, prior counsel to L--- T---.
THIS COURT ORDERS that:
1 The Digital Audio Recording - CD and log notes for the above proceedings heard on Jun 2, 2022, in courtroom 64 before Master M--- to be provided."
But my application was rejected by the registry after filing:
" Unfortunately I am going to have to reject this package. There are a couple of things wrong with this:
1) If you are seeking an order to have transcripts this would be considered a new order so you would need to pay $80 for it.
2) You have worded the order to reflect your hearing on June 2 before Master Muir, but that was adjourned so its not worded properly.
3)
mn"
My question, 1) is audio transcripts? I thought I was not asking for transcripts but only an audio CD for the moment.
2) how should I have worded it for a hearing adjourned to a later date after the hearing?
