                      I haven't even included overhead and profits yet. equipment will make it very quick. it may be cheaper to take down the fence temporarily and restore it afterwords. The patio contractor will need to trespass too. Other you pay for hand carrying for all time.
                      Yours is almost 8 cy. a small dump truck will hold 10 cy. you do the math.
