2. There are going be lots of hidden expenses to cure the dog. Physical therapy, medication etc.
3. Even if you can save dog's life, poor dog is traumatized, her/his personality would be affected by the accident permanently.
4. Given the current circumtances, I am guess that your first preority would be focusing on your study/job hunting, instead of spend time and energy on your pet.
