开车经过海关的时候他们把护照拿去scan了，车子牌照也scan了，车子还没到海关关口的时候已经有设备scan了整个车子里，如果有什么危险物质在车子里他们会提前知道，我经历过了。所以开车出入美国他们都有记录的。

我相信美加各自都有记录，可是加拿大这边可能没有美国的记录，开车过关又不盖章，不知道什么样的证明能被接受？

这个72小时免检的政策只是对特定人群吧（工作原因，卡车司机。。。），对普通加拿大人作为游客去美国不适用。有没有人去美国尝试过？

目前仅限加拿大公民和永久居民。普通游客去美国旅游是算的。不仅限于陆地，所有边境出境再入境72小时内都可以免检。

很有可能双方已经共享入境记录，疫情前应该没有，因为之前跨境时多次被问在另一国逗留时间，最近几个月来回过几次，再没有被问过。
