当初很确切的说30万以下,第一次购房PTT可以免,合同签好以后,告诉我需要交PTT(3000左右).一句道歉都没有.
我买的是样板房.签合同之前,说整个屋子重刷.昨天告诉我,只是修补(没有写进合同).签合同之前,说帮我找好了一个律师600元,签好以后,告诉我还需要缴120管理费.
他是老移民.我非常气愤.整个人一个骗子.大家有什么办法?下星期就缴房了.谢谢. 回贴必复

    • 什么是PTT?新房老房都要交吗?
      • PTT means Propery Transfer Tax . 第一次购房.If total Price is below 275,000 $$ PTT可以免. Otherwise.300.000$$的房子需要缴3000左右的PTT
        • r u sure your info. is right? as i know, everybody that buys the re-sale house shoud pay property tranfer tax.(new house-waive). the money is transferd to gov. by laywer when the closing day comes.
        • in this case, you shouldn't blame the agent, something you should know before you buy a house,or maybe the agent didn't know either, but you can't say he is a lier.Sometime you have to use your own brain.
          • Why use agent? He should use his professional knowledge to help the buyer! Don't suppose the buyer knows everything and the agent don't have to know anything.
          • I told him "As far as I know, the limit is 275,000" He said" You don't know, I am agent. I am professional. The rules was changed earlier this year" , he also added " I AM PRETTY SURE".
            • if he said that, he was cheating, you can report to Association of the real estate in your province.
    • 接受教训,以后谈正经事不能嘴上会气,一定要白纸黑字,先小人后君子。买房子这么大事,嘴头答应哪行?上次帮朋友买旧车,地了是中国人,看车时我说哪不行他就答应修。谈妥价钱他就要刷信用卡交押金,我说慢来,
      我要先看看合同。他顺手就从抽屉里拽出一份空白合同要我签。我说这哪行,你答应的条款一条也没在上面呐。那老兄马上一脸痛苦,很不情愿地一一写上了。

      两天后去取车时发现他答应的事一件也没办。我那朋友(一女士)也不是善茬,去他经理室大吵,把所有在那的顾客都惊动了。经理马上陪不是,要求再宽限两天,一定按合同办。
    • If what you said is true, then the agent is not qualified as an buyer agent. If you have the evidence, you can sue him and get your agent fee back! Also you can call his company.
      • Exactly,I have made a complaint to his manager. I am waiting the conclusiton. If it doesn't work. I will futher my complaint to Real Estate Board of Great Vancouver.
        The last step for me is to send a complaint form to Real Estate Council of British Columbia.

          , there is your lesson too. Never rely on any info without double check. i.e. if the brooker asked you to pay more than what you were expected, you should have checked it in case of "CHI KUI". right?
          Now, you feel unfair because of being cheated. -"Homework" is important before conducting...
