本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛背景：房子延期交付（天气原因，everyone is behind)，本人已口头同意（还没正式签字），但是没有想到builder开始给其他房子做frame而把我们的房子凉在一边（我们的地基完成在先）。于是准备假妻子之口抱怨一番，当然也不想跟builder闹翻。。。不知道能达成什么deal,至少不要欺负我们
Dear Mr.XXXXX ,
Jut regarding the amendment we got from XXXX for extending the closing data of our new home.
To be honest with you, XXX(my wife) does not feel very comfortable about it. She is reluctant to sign it simply because she doesn't find any convincible reasons as far as she can see.
She can't understand that almost nothing has been done on our lot for about 3 weeks after the concrete foundation was setup and inspected( She has been watching the site very closely). Although weather could be blamed but it hasn't been always bad. I told her that the site manager told me this Wednesday that the frame work would start before this Friday(September 26th). However what she found is that nothing happened this Friday, Meanwhile the framing work has just began on the other lost like lot ??? whose concrete foundation was done behind ours.
Not to mention that we have to do lots of additional work for this which would cause us trouble:to pay an extra month apartment rental and to work with the lender to have the mortage changed accordingly,not sure if the rate will go up,and the snow season later on could postpone closing date time and again.
My life is miserable since my wife is not happy!
