所有金融机构都开始说房市要下行的话了。个人觉得好像还不是他们所列出的原因。个人认为施行一些有效房市调控政策，例如投资房和基本住房利率区分，对投资房施行特别地产税率和特别增值税率收取，这样才会使房市降温，也会让社会拥房机会更加平等。

所有的银行机构都是base,best,worst scenario3个 预测。base都是小涨，best大涨，worst大跌。以前预测的worst也是跌的。不是什么开始说下行了。worst scenario 预测一直都是下行

冤枉！偶不投机，那时condo市场萧条就是支持市场才买的condo。 那时是便宜的，都有10年或多了。现在还是支持市场就顺市场价卖了。的确，现在Condo价格我看也高，没有市场洗牌就这样进入很可能就是韭菜了。这十多年过来社会工资没有涨100%呀！
