Okay, I think the best website to frent an apartment is to search these websites:
1. www.gscrentals.com
2. www.transglobalmanagement.com
3.www.places4rent.com
4. www.therecord.com
But the first website is the best, you also can use these keywords "
KITCHENER APARTMENT RENT" to search in google.
If you work in Kitchener or Waterloo, my suggestion for you to rent an apartment in Kitchener since the price is lower than Waterloo for same style of unions . This is based on my experience since last couple of months.
1bedroom from 675 to 750 (usually), but there are also some apartment below 650 or even high than 800 (890 for Condo).
2 bedroom from 800 to 1200.
