房贷利率有可能比预期的提前上升

      • 原来说2023年之前不会加,现在要看经济恢复的情况,我想最多也就提前一个季度开始缓慢加息,而且加到二点几估计就要停了,市场受不了。房市在利息不超过3的情况下都没问题,超过了股市先垮,放心吧。

                • 这是我的个人意见,但现在真不好说夏天会怎么样,也许卖家继续惜售也不奇怪。观察了一下各区,有些地方(市内)还是有一些独立屋在售的,要抓就抓这些,等它们走光了就又没有库存了,具体位置看看月报哪个区的涨幅少那里一般就有库存。
