Hi Linda,
I am just Permanent Resident here in Singapore. Yes, we landed to Toronto on July, getting the LP chopped. We needed to come back Singapore to sell our house and surrender our PR status here. Canada (toronto) is surely better in many ways. As a new immigrant, you would have stronger, more positive feeling than I have. Pressure of hunting job is always the issue, even in China. Maybe the edge you have in China is you can manipulate relationship. And of course, language is your mother tongue. In Canada, picking up English is painful in the beginning. Linda, are you planning to continue with your current career, or switch to IT line?
Nice talking to you
