placed an order by mistake, and filed a ticket right away. (since Gearbest.com doesn't have order cancellation function)
a day later, got a response saying they have tried and told me that item has been dispatched, and let's wait for 1-2 days.
I checked order status, my item is still in "Packed", not been "Product Dispatch" yet.
then connected their online chart customer service, basically repeating the same thing
asked them if we keep waiting, then I probably will get the shipping confirmation notice, and they still said "please keep waiting"
in-polite, impatient and unprofessional, worst ever experience!
well, the customer service from Gearbest is just a joke.
